Health is wealth. In the first month I will guide you through all the habits needed to take your happiness to a 10/10 within your physical, mental and emotional health. We start we routine, exercise, eating right, affirmations and other daily practices to get organised! This month is building the foundation for everything amazing coming your way over the next 12 weeks.
Month 2 - Relationships
The most important relationships you can ever have is with yourself. If you don't love yourself and trust yourself to make decisions based on your purpose and values, it will be hard to take your success to the next level. In the month we focus on not only the relationship with yourself, but the relationships with others. We cover habits and practices to establish an amazing inner circle, how to find your tribe, romantic relationships and nurturing business relationships.
Month 3 - Wealth
Now that you have adopted the habits in the first two months, in the third month we create the plans, strategies and tool to help you reach financial freedom..What ever that may look like to you. This month I take you through how to attract wealth into your daily life, how to use your purpose to double your income, money mindset and how to create a strategic plan that will allow you to take action and achieve all your goals for the next 90 days to 12 months.
