The human brain is functional 24/7. It handles your thoughts, movements, heartbeats, and breathing even when you’re asleep. This means that your brain and body need a constant supply of fuel from the food you eat; what’s in that fuel makes a lot of difference. What you eat directly affects the structure and function of your body and, ultimately, your mood. Your entire outlook on life and general mindset can depend on your diet. If your body is happy, you will be, too.

Whole foods consist of anything from the ground, tree, vine or animal. Whole foods are NOT anything that is Processed, full of preservatives and refined sugars.

You don’t have to buy expensive organic foods, just be aware of what going inot your health as what your feed your body is seriously what you become, how you think and how you feel!
