Today, I will talk about a lifestyle change that I adopted and have been thanking myself for since then. Let’s unveil what it is.
Most of us hope to fulfil tons of plans, wanting ‘more’ and ‘better’ in everything: job, health, wealth, or even relationships. While there is nothing wrong with wanting more and better in all aspects, the constant pursuit leaves us feeling like a dog chasing its tail. It is very exhausting and leaves us no space to breathe. This is our lack of mindfulness of our body, mental well-being, and life in general.
Why you should start stretching & taking time to deep breath intentionally on a daily basis…
