Five rounds of superman’s exercise, 15-seconds plank, nine sit-ups

Thursday

Run 3km run or 5km brisk walk

Friday

20 burpees, 10 push-ups, and 30 mountain climbers — repeat as many times as you can in 20 minutes

Saturday

HIIT workout + 10,000 steps

Sunday

Rest up for the week!
